摘要
目的探讨钛合金网板修复颅骨缺损的临床疗效。方法自2012年10月至2013年7月,对64例颅骨缺损患者进行颅骨缺损修复术。术前行头颅CT扫描,将所有扫描数据传送至沈阳维科佳医疗器械有限公司,利用三维计算机重建技术进行模型制作,术中将制作好的钛合金网板模型覆盖在颅骨缺损区,用钛钉固定。缝合头皮,术后7d拆线。结果所有患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合。其中2例患者术后出现皮下积液,穿刺抽液1~3次,积液消失;其余患者无感染、破溃、脑脊液漏、术后积液等并发症发生。对所有患者随访3~6个月,患者满意。结论钛合金网板修复颅骨具有X线能穿透,对CT、MRI成像无影响等优点,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of titanium alloy sheet in repairing skull defect. Methods From October 2012 to July 2013, we implemented the skull defect repairing surgery on 64 patients. Before the operation, all patients received CT 3D reconstruction, and we send all the scanning data to the shenyang wei ke jia medical instrument co. , to make the titanium alloy sheet mode. During the operation, we put the titanium alloy sheet mode to the sull defect, and fix the mode with titanium nail. Suture the scalp, take out the stitches on 7 days. Results All wound healings were in Ⅰ period. Two patients occured subcutaneous effusion, recovered after 1 to 3 puncture pumping liquid, effsion disappeared. Other patients did not have infection, ulceration, cerebrospinal leak, postoperative effusion, and other complications. All patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months, all patients were satisfied with the result. Conclusion Titanium alloy sheet has the advantage that X ray can penetrate, CT and MRI can image. It is worth applying in the clinical.
