摘要
目的:探讨重复肾盂输尿管畸形的临床特点及其合并输尿管结石的诊断与治疗。方法:回顾性分析1例重复肾盂输尿管畸形合并输尿管结石患者的临床资料,复习相关文献,总结诊治经验。结果:患者行输尿管镜检+气压弹道碎石术后痊愈出院,无并发症。结论:重复肾盂输尿管是常见的泌尿系统先天性畸形,但其合并结石临床上并不常见,故术前正确的诊断尤为重要,治疗方法尚无统一的标准,对于本例下输尿管上段大小约0.8cm的结石,输尿管镜疗效确切,无并发症。
Objective： To study the clinical features of duplication of the renal pelvis and ureter, and to investi-gate the diagnosis and treatment for such malformation combined with ureteral calculi. Method： We retrospectively analyzed one case of duplication of the renal pelvis and ureter combined with ureteral calculi, reviewed related liter-atures and made a summary of clinical experience about the disease. Result： The patient received the operation of ureteroscopy and pneumatic lithotripsy and discharged without any complications. Conclusion： Duplication of the renal pelvis and ureter is a common urinary tract congenital anomaly. However, duplication of the renal pelvis and ureter combined with ureteral calculi is rare clinically. Thus the diagnosis is of great importance. The treatments are not unified so far. It is confirmed that ureteroscopy is a suitable treatment for duplication of the renal pelvis and ureter of this case with the size of 0.8 cm ureteral calculi.
