卵黄囊瘤的CT表现

CT Findings of Yolk Sac Tumor

目的探讨卵黄囊瘤(YST)的CT影像学特征。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的9例YST的CT表现,其中8例行平扫和增强扫描,1例行平扫检查。结果 YST位于卵巢6例,睾丸2例,胃小弯1例。CT表现为圆形或类圆形肿块,以囊实性为主,增强扫描肿瘤实质成分明显不均匀强化,并有逐步强化的特征。结论 YST的CT表现具有一定特征性,结合临床资料特别是血清甲胎蛋白(AFP),有助于提高对本病诊断准确率。

Objective To investigate the CT features of yolk sac tumor. Methods CT findings of 9 cases with yolk sac tumors proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Plain and enhanced CT scan was performed in 8 patients. Results 6 cases were located in the ovary, 2 cases in the testicle, 1 case in the lesser curvature of stomach. All 9 cases were found as a solitary, oval or rounded mass, with nonhomogeneous density. Obvious heterogeneous and persistent de layed enhancement could be seen in all lesions. Conclusion CT findings of Yolk sac tumor have some certain characteris tics, diagnosis and differential diagnosis can be made combine with clinical data and serum alpha fetoprotein （AFP）.
