根据标准加入法特点及等吸收点双波长法原理,设计双波长量测标准加入分光光度法弥补了原方法的某些不足,能消除共存物干扰,改善选择性。试用于复方药物分析。

Based on dual wavelength spectrophotometry and standard additions method, a new spectrophotometry,dual wavelength measurement-standard additions method,was developed for selective and sensitive determination of analyte by eliminating interference from the co-existing species.This method was applied to assay chlorpromazine and/or pro- methazine hydrochloride in mixture samples and pharmaceutical preparations without any preliminary separation.
