蝶窦斜坡颅骨骨巨细胞瘤误诊为脊索瘤一例报道 被引量：2

Giant cell tumor of sphenoid sinus slope skull misdiagnosed as a case of chordoma

摘要 患者男性，17岁，学生。因枕后部及双眼疼痛1月于2012年6月4日人武汉市儿童医院。患者于当地医院行MRI检查：枕骨斜坡及蝶窦占位性病变，考虑脊索瘤（图1、2）。入院后体检：患者左眼外展不能，诉偶见左眼视物左偏，余神经系统检查未见明显阳性体征。
