摘要 近年来，非酒精性脂肪性肝病（nonalcoholicfattyliverdisease，NAFLD）的患病率快速增长，已成为临床最常见的慢性肝病之一。NAFLD本身可向肝硬化、甚至是肝癌等终末期肝病进展，NAFLD还可加剧机体糖脂代谢紊乱，促进糖尿病、冠心病等代谢性疾病的发生和发展，
