摘要
本文讨论空气-乙炔火焰中自由基 OH 对紫外(UV)激光增强电离光谱(LEIS)用于金属元素痕量检测的干扰效应。我们在2830A°附近观察到自由基 OH 的离化光谱。它对应于 OH基Х~2П→А~2∑(V=0→1)跃迁。如果用2833.05A°作 Pb 共振激发检测线,这一强的谱带会严重干扰它的检测限。实验表明:要发展高电离元素 LEI 分析方法,火焰中自由基激光离化的基础研究是一个重要的方面。
In the present paper,we discuss the interfernce of radical OH in air-acetylene flame on laser enhanced ionization spectrometry(LEIS)used to detect some trace metal elements in UV spectral region.We have observed an ionization spectrum of radical OH in the vicinity of 2830 ■,corresponding to the transition X^2П—A^2∑(v=0→1)of radical OH. The influence of this strong band interferes seriously with the detection limit of Pb,if 2833.05 ■ was used as detection line of Pb.Experimental results indicate that the funda- mental study on the laser ionization of radical in flame is an important aspect of the deve- lopment of LEI analysis for high ionization potential elements.
