超声药物透入治疗在结直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复中的护理研究 被引量:7

A Study of Nursing Strategies on Application of Ultrasonic Medicine Penetration Therapy in Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function Recovery of Colorectal Cancer Patients

摘要 目的探讨超声药物透入治疗技术对结直肠癌手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响及护理策略。方法将180例结直肠癌手术患者随机分为观察组、安慰剂组和对照组,每组各60例,进行前瞻性对比研究。在常规治疗、基础护理相同的情况下,观察组使用超声药物(胃肠宁片)透入治疗,安慰剂组采用不加入药物的超声治疗,对照组未使用超声治疗,观察3组患者术后肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气排便等胃肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组、安慰剂组和对照组的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气、排便时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中观察组恢复最快,安慰剂组次之,对照组最慢。结论术后使用超声药物透入治疗可促进患者肠鸣音恢复及排气排便,加快肠功能恢复,加速患者康复。 Objective To discuss the effects of ultrasonic medicine penetration therapy techniques on colorectal cancer operation patients in terms of nursing strategies and their postoperative recovery of gastrointes- tinal function. Methods A comparative study was carried out in 180 cases of colorectal cancer operation pa- tients who were randomly divided into trial group, placebo group, and control group, with 60 cases in each. With the conventional treatment and same basic nursing conditions, ultrasonic medicine penetration therapy was applied only in the trial group and the placebo group received postoperative ultrasonic treatment without the use of drugs. After that, the recovery of some gastrointestinal functions, such as the return of bowel sounds, anal exhaust and defecation, were observed. Result There was a significant difference in the borborygmus recovery time, the first exhaust time and the first defecation time among the three groups (P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion The application of ultrasonic medicine penetration therapy at postoperative stage can promote the recovery of bowel sounds, exhaust, defecation and gastrointestinal function, and finally accelerate the recovery of many patients.
