摘要
目的探讨4种2,2-二甲基噻唑烷衍生物对辐射损伤ICR小鼠的防护作用。方法采用小鼠30d存活率和免疫学、外周血液学参数考察4种2,2-二甲基噻唑烷衍生物对辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用。结果给予不同剂量4种2,2-二甲基噻唑烷衍生物(编号为化合物1~4)后,模型小鼠外周血白细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、骨髓DNA含量、脾结节、脾指数和胸腺指数,与对照组比较,均不同程度提高;化合物2和化合物3组小鼠存活率提高到58.3%,小鼠的平均生存时间显著延长,与对照组比较,均差异有统计学意义。结论4种2,2-二甲基噻唑烷衍生物对辐射损伤小鼠的造血和免疫系统均有-定保护作用,其中化合物2和化合物3有较好的整体辐射防护效果。
Objective To investigate the radioprotective effect of four derivatives of 2,2-dimethyl thiazolidine in mice. Methods 30-day survival rate and the immunological, hematopoietic parameters were adopted to explore radioprotective effect of the four derivatives. Results Compared with the control group, white blood cells( WBC ), nucleated ceils and DNA content in bone marrow (BMNC) of marrow, spleen colony forming unit (CFU-S) , thymus and spleen index of mice treated with different dosage of the four derivatives were increased in different degree. Compound 2 and compound 3 increased the survival rate to 58.3% and the mean survival time compared to the controls, compared with the control group, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion The four derivatives of dimethyl thiazolidine have a certain protective effect on immune and hematopoietic system,in which compound 2 and compound 3 show a better overall radiation protection.
