摘要
合成了四种侧链聚硅氧烷液晶,并用做毛细管气相色谱固定液。其中两种有较高的相变温度,另外两种有较低的相变温度。这几种液晶可涂渍在弹性石英毛细管柱上,适于分离各种位置异构体。报告了这些毛细管柱的保留行为,柱效和热稳定性等。
Four side-chain liquid crystalline polysiloxanes,—C_6H_5—COO—C_6H_4—CH_3 (PLC—Ⅰ),—C_6H_5—COO—C_6H_4—C_6H_5(PLC—Ⅱ),—C_6H_5—COO—C_6H_4—C_6H_4—OOC— —C_6H_5(PLC—Ⅲ),and—C_6H_5—COO—C_6H_4—C_6H_4—OOC—C_6H_4—OCH_3(PLC—Ⅳ),were synthesized and used as capillary gas chromatographic stationary phase.The phase transition temperature of PLC—Ⅰ and PLC—Ⅱ is lower than that of PLC—Ⅲ and PLC—Ⅳ.The fused silica capillary columns could be coated with the liquid crystals and are used for the sepa- ration of isomeric compounds.The retention behavior,efficiency and thermalstability of these columns were studied.
