摘要
采用LabVIEW虚拟平台,实现计算机对CH-1500高斯计及位移台控制箱的控制,研制了一套磁场自动测试系统,该系统可以进行微波炉用磁控管离轴区域(互作用空间)磁场分布的自动测量。利用CST对磁控管磁路系统进行仿真计算,将所得结果与实测数据进行比较,仿真与实际测量结果吻合得很好。在此基础上优化磁极的形状参数,并详细分析了磁极的倾角和磁极间距等参数对互作用空间磁场分布的影响。
Using virtual platform of LabVIEW, the control of CH-1500 Gauss Meter and Motion Con-trollers has been realized. The automatic test system used to measuring the strength of magnetic is devel-oped. This system can automatically test the off-axis magnetic distribution of microwave oven magnetron. The results of simulation by CST and actual measurement agreed well. Based on the above study, the in-fluence of the magnetic parameters to the magnetic distribution in interaction space has been carried out, and the optimized parameters of the magnetic pole have also been achieved.
