微波炉玻璃转盘应力自动化测试系统的研发

Development of Stress Automatic Test System for Microwave Oven Glass Tray Dish

微波炉玻璃转盘是微波炉中的重要组件,如果玻璃转盘中应力过大将可能导致微波加热过程中玻璃转盘炸裂。本文介绍了电子科技大学美的联合实验室研发的一套微波炉玻璃转盘应力测试系统,该系统可对微波炉玻璃转盘进行自动化测试,并给出分析结果,可大大提高微波炉玻璃转盘的检测效率,该系统还可用于其它玻璃制品应力的自动化分析。

Microwave oven glass tray dish is an important component in microwave oven. It the stress in dish is too big, it would cause burst during microwave heating. This paper introduces the development of stress automatic test system for microwave oven glass tray dish in Joint Laboratory of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Midea Group. The system can perform automatic test on the stress of microwave oven glass tray dish, and give the results of the analysis, which can greatly improve the detection efficiency. The system can also he used for automatic analysis of other glass products stress.
