摘要 工业废水微波催化氧化技术是将废水和氧化剂混合后送入微波场中,在微波的作用下使废水中的高浓度有机污染物快速发生氧化还原反应,并使之转化为小分子物质,进而氧化为二氧化碳和水,从而达到净化废水的目的。工业废水微波催化氧化的关键技术有:氧化过程的控制和氧化剂的选择;设计、制造工业废水微波催化氧化处理装置;自动控制系统设计实施;工业废水微波催化氧化工艺技术。 Industrial waste water microwave catalytic oxidation technology is to mix the wastewater and oxidant,then they are send to the microwave field, under the microwave of a high concentration, the organic wastewater contaminants redox reaction occurs quickly, and makes it into small molecules, thereby oxidizing to carbon dioxide and water, so as to purify wastewater. Industrial wastewater microwave catalyt- ic oxidation technology includes, oxidation process control and oxidant choice; the designing and manufac- ture of microwave catalytic oxidation of industrial wastewater treatment apparatus; the designing and im- plementation of automatic control system; industrial wastewater microwave catalytic oxidation process technology.
