摘要
为了解释一维半无限周期光子晶体全反射隧穿效应的产生机理,利用光的干涉理论推导出一维半无限周期光子晶体的全反射隧穿峰的透射率公式和波长公式,成功地解释了一维半无限周期光子晶体的全反射隧穿现象的产生机理。并利用干涉理论和共振理论对一维半无限周期光子晶体全反射隧穿现象的特征进行了比较研究,两者的结论是一致的。
In order to explain the mechanism of the total reflection tunnel in 1 D half infinite cycle photonic crystal, transmittance formula and wavelength formula of the total reflection tunnel are derived by interference theory, and the mechanism of the total reflection tunnel in 1 D half infinite cycle photonie crystal is explained. The characteristic of the total reflection tunnel phenomenon are studied by the interference theory and resonance theory, and their conclu-sion is consistent.
