摘要
对顺铂的合成工艺进行了研究。用红外光谱(IR)、元素分析(EA)及与硫脲的特征反应确定了合成产物的组成及其结构。考察了反应温度、反应时间、KCl、CH3COONH4与K2PtCl4质量比等因素对反应产率的影响。结果表明:得到的物质确实为cis-PtCl2(NH3)2。元素分析实测值为N:9.36%,H:2.04%(理论值为N:9.33%,H:2.01%),与理论值基本吻合。确定最佳合成工艺为:反应温度70℃、反应2 h、m(K2PtCl4)∶m(KCl)∶m(CH3COONH4)=1∶2∶5。产率为92%。
The synthesis method of cisplatin was studied in order to improve the production technology. The structure of the compound was characterized by IR and EA. The effect of various parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time and mass ratio of CH3COONH4 to K2PtC14 was studied. The results showed that the compound was cisplatin. The best approach was determined that the reaction temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time was 2 h, and the mass ratio was m(K2PtCl4) : m(KC1) : m(CHaCOONH4) =1 : 2 : 5.
