摘要
采用氨水+碳铵体系浸出电镀污泥中的铜和镍离子,再通过P2O4浮选法,以酸性磷类P2O4作为萃取剂,结合硫酸反萃法,成功回收铜和镍离子,其水溶液离子浓度分别为92.07%和94.31%。同时,通过考察浮选法中不同因素对实验结果的影响,来优化实验方案。
The bicarbonate system. copper and nickel ions in lectroplating sludge were lixiviated by the ammonia and ammonium Through the flotation method with P204 as extractant and combination with the reverse extraction of sulfuric acid, the copper and nickel ions were successfully recovered, the ion concentration of aqueous solution of which was 92.07% and 94.31%, respectively. Meanwhile, the experimental scheme was optimized by investigating the influence of different factors on the experimental results in flotation method.
