通过对皂河12个监控断面的化学需氧量、氨氮、流量三项指标的调查监测,结果表明皂河水质全段均为劣Ⅴ类,进而从管网接入不规范、城中村的环保监管存在盲区、少数重点企业还存在直排、偷排生产废水四方面对皂河的污染成因进行了分析,提出规范市政管网、强化环保机构建设、强化重点排污企业监管、合理设计新建污水处理厂规模等五项防治对策建议。
