NaY分子筛含硅废水主要是NaY分子筛晶化过程中产生的母液和水平带式真空过滤机"固-液"分离过程中产生的滤液,主要含Na2O、SiO2、微量其它杂质,以及较高悬浮物,在适宜的处理工艺处理后,基本实现了含硅废水的综合回用,未对产品质量产生影响,解决了含硅废水外排问题。

NaY molecular sieve silicon wastewater came from the crystallization mother liquor and the filter liquor, the main components of which were Na20, Si02, microcrystalline, impurities and suspended solids. After appropriating treatment process, the silicon wastewater can be reused, the product quality can be kept, and the discharge problem of silicon wastewater was solved.
