摘要 通过正交法在生物化学设计性实验教学中的应用实例,介绍了正交设计法的原理、使用方法及步骤,以及教学中应注意的问题。结果表明,在生物化学设计性实验教学中,合理地应用正交设计法,不仅能有效降低实验操作强度,提高实验结果分析速度,更有利于学生把握科学实验设计策略,有利于高素质、高能力生物技术人才的培养。 Through the teaching practice of the orthogonal design method in biochemistry design experiments, the orthogonal design method's principle, operation method and steps were introduced and the problems should be paid attention to. The results showed that in the biochemistry design experimental teaching, using the orthogonal design method rationally and scientifically, the experimental operation strength can be reduced and the analysis speed of experimental results can be improved effectively, which were more helpful for students to grasp the scientific experimental design strategy and to cultivate the biotechnology talents with high quality and capacity.
