摘要
顶岗实习是培养高职学生的专业技能和职业道德的重要手段,也是提高高职职业教育水平的重要途径。高职院校必须加强管理顶岗实习活动,寻求与适合学生顶岗实习的企业合作,建立实习基地,为学生创造良好的实习条件和实习环境;加强对顶岗实习学生的教育,转变他们的思想,提高他们的实习积极性;加强教学改革,促进毕业设计和顶岗实习的结合,提高顶岗实习的实效性。
Internship is an important method to adapt professional skills and vocational ethics of vocational college students, and it＇s also an important way to improve vocational college professional education. Vocational coUeges neeo enhance the activities management of internship, seek collaboration with enterprises suitable for internship, set base of the combination of internship and graduation design, then improve effectiveness of internship.
