摘要
结合电厂煤炭在运输和储备时具有的特殊性,选用非及时补充库存模型表述电厂煤炭平均库存成本,综合考虑铁路运输企业煤炭运输成本,构建涉及库存成本的电厂煤炭铁路配送方案0-1整数规划模型。模型以电厂煤炭铁路运输和库存总成本最小化为目标,以单股车流组织方案唯一性、铁路支点站改编能力和车站装卸能力等为约束条件。通过处理约束条件,使求解过程更为简便。最后使用算例验证模型的合理性。
Taking into consideration the characteristics of power plant coal in transportation and storage, the non-instant restocking model was chosen to express the average inventory costs of power plant coal and further including the transportation costs of power plant coal, the 0-1 integer programming model for power plant coal distributing scheme was built. The proposed model was to minimize the costs of power plant coal transporta- tion and inventory under constraint of car flow organization uniqueness, formation capacity limitation and load- ing capacity limitation of railway technical stations and loading stations respectivly.
