摘要
文章应用市场营销学理论,将房地产营销策划操作流程划分为四个阶段,并简要阐述了每一阶段的主要工作。从而提供了可供实践借鉴的房地产营销策划理论框架。
This paper reviews the background and present situations of real estate marketing and planning developments in China and theoretically summarizes the working flowchart of real estate marketing and planning developments by using marketing theories. The flowchart is divided into four stages and each stage is described in terms of targets, tasks and priorities. The author believes that the flowchart will be available as a theoretical framework in practice.
