摘要
从当前国际国内大型油库建设的发展趋势来看,储罐的建设越来越趋于大型化。随着我国原油储运事业的发展,研究开发20万m3超大型储罐已势在必行。20万m3储罐作为一项国际前沿技术,在设计方面需要着重研究探讨API Std 650—2009《钢制焊接石油储罐》以外的几项关键技术。论述了罐总体应力分析、超大型双盘浮顶分析、罐体"象足"屈曲安全评估分析和搅拌器搅拌效果的数值分析等设计关键技术。经分析计算,所设计的20万m3储罐结构是安全的,九级烈度下不会发生"象足"屈曲,可变角度侧壁式和旋转喷射式搅拌形式采用适当的技术参数均可实现理想的搅拌效果。
Considering the development trend of the construction of large oil storage tank at home and abroad,the construction of oil storage tank was more and more tend to be large. The research and development of 2×105m3 super large-scale floating roof tank were imperative due to the development of storage and transportation of the crude oil in China. The development of 2×105m3 floating roof oil tank was an international cutting-edge technology in the world. Several key technologies besides those specified by API standard 650《welded tanks for oil storage》would be researched. The integral stress analysis,analysis of the super large dual deck floating roof,safety evaluation on the buckling of the ‘elephant-foot' of tank structure,and the numerical analysis of the mixing performances of tank agitators were described. The calculation result showed that the designed structure of tank was in safety. The ‘elephant foot' buckling would not happen under the earthquake intensity of IXth grade. The perfect effect could be obtained for mixing forms of variable angle sidewall and rotary jet by adopting proper parameters.
