水资源价值浅析

Analysis of water resources value

水资源无价值的传统价值观使水资源长期过度使用,严重短缺,这说明此观点已经不适合现代社会的实际。本文首先分析水资源的性质,由此指出水资源价值包含水资源经济价值、水资源社会价值和水资源生态环境价值。通过介绍水资源价值理论的主要观点并提出对水资源劳动价值的认识:水资源价值是节约劳动的价值和再生产水资源的劳动价值的统一,得出水资源有价值的结论。最后进一步明确研究水资源价值的重要意义。

The traditional values of shortage of water resources, which water resources have no value led to long-term excessive use and serious proved that the traditional values of water resources is not suitable for the modem society.This paper begins by analyzing the nature of water resources, thus pointed out that the value of water resources includes economic resources,social value and ecological environment of water resources.By in- troducing the main theories of the value of water resources and put forward the understanding of water re- sources：the value of water resources is the unity of saving labor value and the labor value of water resources reproduction,conclude that water resources are valuable.Finally, clarify the significance on researching the value of water resources.
