摘要
针对生物质发电厂飞灰的长距离输送问题,在已有的空气输送槽的基础上增加了粉料提升装置,设计了粉料循环空气输送装置并试验验证了装置的可行性。将试验装置进行改进,采用粉料提升装置连接各段斜槽,灵活改变斜槽方向和增加喂料卸料点,即可应用于生物质发电厂飞灰的长距离水平输送,实现飞灰的循环利用,具有很好的环保和经济价值。
For the existing problem of long-distance transmission of fly ash inbiomass power plant,based on the existing air trough it increases powder lifting device, designed powder circulating air delivery devices and experimental verification of the feasibility of the device.The test device is improved,the use oflifting devices connected paragraphs powder chute,chute direction andincreased flexibility to change the feed discharge points,can be applied tobiomass power plant fly ash horizontal transport over long distances,the realization of fly ash recycling, with good environmental and economic value.
