摘要
结合广西电网水火混合运行主要特点,从不同时期节能发电调度常用优化策略展开分析,探讨在"水电优化,水火互济,丰枯轮调,能耗排序"调度主策略下水电联合优化、水火优化互补及能耗排序等主要发电运行方式下的效能指标,重点以提高水能利用效率、吸纳汛期低谷水电、提高火电发电效率和降低煤耗为最终目的,提出了实用的6大主要分项效能指标及统计方法,对科学合理评价广西电网节能发电调度主要成效有重要现实意义。并结合不同丰枯来水及供需变化等情况对这些主要效能指标的相互关系及影响进行了分析。
According to characteristics of hybrid operation of hydro and thermal power in Guangxi power grid, the ordinary optimal strategies of energy saving generation dispatching of different time period are analyzed. Efficiency indexes of main generation operation modes such as the integrated optimization of hydropower, the coordination optimization of hydro and thermal power, the energy consumption sorting are discussed under the main dispatching strategy of "Hydropower optimization, Hydro and thermal power coordination, Flood and dry season swap, Energy consumption sorting". Six main efficiency indexes and their statistic methods are proposed, which have purposes of improving hydropower utilization efficiency, consuming hydropower of flood season and valley period, improving thermal power efficiency, and decreasing coal consumption. It has great practical significance to the scientific evaluation of energy-saving generation dispatching in Guangxi power grid. The relationship and influence of each other among these efficiency indexes are analyzed based on different water supply of flood and dry season and changes of supply and demand.
