摘要
针对一起110 kV主变压器损毁故障,分析了该变压器因中压侧中性点避雷器爆炸引发次生故障而受到损毁的原因。研究了该中性点避雷器相继承受雷电过电压、谐振过电压作用而导致阀片热崩溃的过程,并从站用避雷器的防爆设计和损毁控制、35 kV系统谐振过电压的抑制等方面提出了防止同类设备故障发生的对策和建议。
To an 110 kV main transformer damage fault,the secondary fault caused by the explosion of the neural point arrester at the medium voltage side of the transformer is analyzed. The process of valve heat collapse of the neural point arrester after a series of lightning overvoltage and resonance overvoltage are analyzed. Countermeasures and suggestions against such fault are proposed from aspects of the anti-explosion design, the damage control of arrester in substation, and the restraint of 35 kV resonance overvohage.
