摘要
了解和掌握视频监控系统建设(改造)的关键技术及解决方案,为公司视频监控系统整体改造工作提供技术准备。开展视频技术在电力系统应用情况的调研和分析,对广东电网、江苏电力、安徽电力视频监控系统构建情况进行了调研。通过对多地、多站的实施情况调查,视频监控系统体系构架模式基本可归纳为应急指挥融合式视频监控、四级视频监控、三级视频监控体系。结合广西电网实际情况,建议公司变电站视频监控系统构架按省级、地区、变电站三级体系改造建设。
The key technology and solution of video monitoring system construction (modification) are understood and grasped to make technical preparation for the modification of video monitoring system in the corporation. The application of video technology in power system is investigated and analyzed, and the construction of the system in Guangdong, Jiangsu and Anhui power grid are investigated. Based on the investigation, the structure of video monitoring system can be summarized into the emergency command merged type video monitoring, the four levels video monitoring and the three levels video monitoring. Based on the actual situation in Guangxi power grid, it is suggested that the structure of the substation video monitoring system be constructed on three levels of province, region and substation.
