摘要
将风电出力参与系统电力平衡,根据平衡调峰计算结果,判断广西电网接纳风电的能力,并分析影响电网接纳风电能力的因素。提出广西风电季典型日出力曲线、年平均出力曲线及年出力曲线,根据风电出力曲线参与系统电力电量平衡,使用互联电力系统模拟软件,计算风电参与平衡后对系统调峰能力的影响。2013年电网接纳装机为1258.5 MW的风电出力后,缓解了系统电力、电量不足问题,未出现调峰不足问题。2015年电网接纳装机为4086 MW的风电出力后,增大了系统盈余,系统调峰缺额增大,火电运行经济性差。2013年电网可以接纳规划风电场出力,2015年电网接纳风电后加大了系统调峰压力。电网接纳风电的能力主要受风电特性、电源结构、负荷水平和负荷特性的影响。
The output power of wind farm is participated in the power balance, and based on the calculation results of the peak load balance,the capacity of wind power integration into Guangxi power grid is judged and factors influencing the capacity are analyzed. The typical daily output power curve, the average annual output power curve and the annual output power curve in wind power season in Guangxi are proposed. The wind output power curves are used to participate in the power balance,and the simulation software of interconnect power system is used to calculate the influence of the wind power on the peak load capacity of the system. In 2013,the integration of 1 258.5 MW wind power will ease the shortage of power and energy, and will not cause the shortage of peak load regulation capacity. In 2015,after the integration of 4 086 MW wind power,the system has more energy accounting,but more peak load regulation shortage and worse economics in thermal power operation. In 2013, the power grid has the enough capacity for the integration of planned wind farm. In 2015,the power grid has more peak load regulation pressure after the integration of wind farm. The integration capacity is influenced mainly by wind power characteristics, structure of power source, load level and characteristics.
