皖江城市带低碳城市建设的问题与对策

The Construction of Low-carbon Wan-Jiang Belt: Problems and Solutions

近年来,由于CO2等温室气体的大量排放造成的气候变化、资源的过度利用造成的资源匮乏已经成为威胁人类生存和发展的重大问题.由此可见,实现低碳转型已经成为城市发展的普遍共识.根据中国社会科学院提出的低碳产出、低碳消费、低碳资源、低碳政策4个方面评价低碳城市建设及笔者对低碳城市的理解,分析皖江城市带低碳城市建设存在的问题,并结合实际情况提出建设低碳城市相应的对策建议,以期有效地推动皖江城市带低碳城市的建设,实现城市可持续发展.

In recent years,large amounts of emission of C02 and other greenhouse gases has to change, and excessive use of resources has resulted in lack of resources, which have become caused climate a threat to the survival and development of humanity. Thus, achieving low-carbon transition has become a universal consensus of city development. The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences proposed low-carbon output ,low-carbon consump- tion, low-carbon resources and low-carbon policies for the evaluation of low-carbon city construction. According to the above aspects and the authors＇ understanding of low-carbon city, the paper analyzes the problems of Wan- Jiang City Belt in Anhui Province. In the light of the actual situation,it puts forward suggestions for building low-carbon city,in the hope of effectively facilitating the development of low-carbon Wan-Jiang City Belt so as to realize the sustainable development of the cities.
