摘要 紫菜养殖环境因子的监控对保障紫菜生产尤为重要。目前,紫菜养殖的环境监测由人工出海完成,出海采样受潮水限制,具有一定的危险性,存在劳动强度大、费用高、工作时间长、检测出的数据同步性差等问题。因此,在紫菜养殖典型海区设计安装小型GPRS无线环境监测浮标进行全天候实时在线监测,详细记录各栽培海区的温度、电导率、流速、pH、照度、风速等环境因子。该系统经长时间的试运行并不断改进,具有系统工作稳定、结构简单、安装简便、造价低廉、基本免维护等诸多优点;通过多个站点的数据比对分析,结合专项试验分析数据进行精度校正,为建立紫菜生产过程目标参数与环境因子的关系模型奠定了基础。该系统可为示范区生产过程、重点环境效应等监测目标的测评、分析、预报及监控提供服务。 It's very important to monitor the culture environmental factors to make sure of the high and stable productions of Porphyra yezoensis. To monitor the culture environmental factors of P. yezoensis, we used to take samples and then analyze them by ourselves. It's inevitable to have some shortcomings such as dangers, high labor intensity, high cost, time consuming, poor synchronicity of detected data and etc. We installed the marine buoys based on GPRS to on-line monitor the environmental factors of the typical cultural seas of P. yezoensis in all weather. We built the data base of the environmental factors of P. yezoensis through monitoring the different environmental factors, such as temperature, conductivity, current velocity, pH, luminance, wind velocity and so on. Through long-time run, the system has evolved into simple structure, easy reliable installation, low cost and free-maintenance. By comparison of the data from different sites and some data analysis, we adjusted the monitoring accuracy and built up a model for target parameters and environmental factors during the period of the P. yezoensis grew. At the same time, the monitoring system can serve as a valuable tool to evaluate, analysis, forecast and monitor the important environmental factors in the demonstration region.
