摘要
以快硬硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、发泡剂、稳泡剂、聚丙烯纤维、防水剂为主要原材料,经化学发泡成型工艺制备水泥-粉煤灰发泡保温材料。实验研究了化学发泡剂对发泡保温材料体积密度、导热系数、强度的影响;稳泡剂对发泡保温材料泡孔结构、导热系数、强度的影响;聚丙烯纤维对发泡保温材料抗折强度的影响以及防水剂对发泡保温材料防水性能的影响。确定了水泥-粉煤灰发泡保温材料成型工艺参数。研制的水泥-粉煤灰发泡保温材料具有防火功能,同时还具有质轻、保温、抗冻性好等特点,其各项性能均达到国家相关标准要求。
Cement, fly ash, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, polypropylene fiber and water-proofing agent are used as raw materials to manufacture cement-fly ash foaming thermal insulation material. The effects of chemical foaming agent on volume density, thermal conductivity and strength of foaming thermal insulation material are studied. The influences of foam stabilizer on foam structure, thermal conductivity and strength are discussed, and the effects of the polypropylene fiber on flexural strength, the waterproof agent on water-proofing performance are also studied. The technique parameter of cement-fly ash foaming thermal insulation material is gotten by experiment. Cement-fly ash foaming thermal insulation material is characterized by fireproofing, lightweight, thermal insulation and freezing resistance, these above properties are all accordance with the rules of relative national standards.
