摘要
通过正交试验,研究了再生混凝土保温砌块的力学性能、耐久性、保温性能受相关配合比因素影响的规律。结果表明:再生混凝土保温砌块在合理的配比下可做承重外墙墙材使用;质量损失率满足相关耐久性要求,砌筑的墙体节能率达到50%。
According to orthogonal experiment, the influence rules of mix proportion on the strength, durability and heat preservation of recycled concrete insulation block are studied. The results show that the compressive strength of the recycled concrete insulation block can reach to MU5.0 using the rational mix proportion, and it can be used to make the heat preservation wall; in addition, the mass loss rate of the concrete block can also meet the relate needs of durability, and its energy saving rate can reach up to 50%.
