摘要 以双端基含氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚为原料,在氯铂酸一异丙醇溶液的催化下,进行硅氢化加成反应,合成了环氧基聚醚封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(TPEPS),再将其与二元胺、苄基氯进行氨解开环及季铵化反应,制备T(AB)。型聚醚嵌段改性聚硅氧烷(PBEMS),对其结构进行了红外及核磁表征,并对合成条件进行了分析探讨.结果表明,制备TPEPS的优化工艺为:硅氢化加成反应温度80~100℃,催化剂用量1×10^-5-3×10^-5(对物料总质量),异丙醇用量30%~40%,反应3h;氨解开环反应温度为65~75℃,反应5h.与不同官能团聚硅氧烷相比,PBEMS整理织物的亲水性及抗黄变能力明显提高. Polydimethylsiloxane blocked with epoxy polyether (TPEPS) was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction of Si--H terminated polydimethylsiloxane with allyl-epoxy polyether in the catalysis of H2PtCl6-isopro- pyl alcohol. Then (AB), polyether block modified polysiloxane (PBEMS) was synthesized by aminolysis ring opening and quaternization of TPEPS with diamino and benzyl chloride. The chemical structure of PBEMS was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. The optimal reaction conditions were investigated and obtained as follows: hydrosilylation reaction temperature was 80-100 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 1×10^-5-3×10^-5 (on the mass of reactor), the amount of isopropanol was 30%-40%, reaction time was 3 h, aminolysis ring opening temperature was 65-75 ℃ and 5 h of reaction time. Compared with the different polysiloxane, the hydrophilfcity and yellowing resistance ability of PBEMS finished fabric were obviously improved.
