摘要
以涤纶筒子纱染色大生产为出发点,分别从松筒工序和染色工序两个方面,简单阐述了如何在生产过程中对染色质量有影响的各个因素进行控制,以及在染色生产过程中易出现的一些质量问题及其处理方法。
Based on dyeing production of polyester cheese, the way to control the factors influencing dyeing quality, as well as some common quality problems and its treatment methods, from aspects of loose tube process and dyeing process in the dyeing process, were discussed briefly.
