摘要
为解决活性染料染色中牢度不达标的问题,通过小试和大车试验研究了不同用量下固色剂A、固色剂B和交联剂sE对深色织物牢度指标的影响。结果表明:交联剂sE固色效果最好,当用量为40∥L时,用于两种织物活性染料染色耐氯牢度可分别比固色剂A和B提高0.5和2.5级,提高磨毛纱卡织物湿摩擦牢度0.5级,提高热水浸泡牢度3-4级,并能提高织物鲜艳度。在优化条件下,大车试验表明,交联剂SE可提升耐氯牢度,提升原变级别0.5级,湿摩擦牢度略有提高,热水浸泡牢度提高1-2级,且其他指标不受影响,满足了客户对产品的要求。
In order to solve the fastness problem of reactive dye, the influences of fixation agent A, fixation agent B and cross-linking agent SE with different concentration on fastness of dark fabric were analyzed via proofing and practical applications. It was found that fabric treated with 40 g/L binder agent SE presented the best color fastness and the chlorine fastness was 0.5 and 2.5 grades higher than those of fixation agent A and fixation agent B. The fastnesses to wet rubbing and to hot water of ground yarn fabric were raised by 0.5 and 3-4 grades respectively with an improvement in brilliance. Practical applications under the optimized technology showed that cross-linking agent SE presented a 0.5 grade improvement of chlorine fastness, a slightly improvement of wet rubbing fastness, and a 1~2 grade improvement of fastness to hot water with other indicators unaffected and quality meets the requirements of the customers.
