摘要
针对固态发酵法白酒蒸馏副产物酒糟在贮存、运输及利用过程中存在许多实际问题的缺陷,设计开发基于太阳能利用的连续干燥设备,提高酒糟干燥的机械化、连续化、自动化水平。水分含量约65%的湿酒糟经斗式提升机输送,螺旋压榨机挤压脱水,带式干燥机烘干制成含水量约13%的干酒糟,同时利用分离设备对干燥过程中产生的废气进行净化处理,回收酒糟干燥过程中的易挥发成分。
There are lots of practical problems in the storage, transportation, and utilization of distiller's grains, by-product in liquor production by solid fermentation. Accordingly, we have developed continuous drying equipment for distiller's grains based on solar energy to improve the mech- anization level of the drying of distiller's grains. In practice, wet distiller's grains (moisture content about 65 %) conveyed by bucket elevator con- veyor, then dewatered by pressure screw extractor, and dried by conveyor dryer, finally the moisture content of the treated distiller's grains was about 13 %. Meanwhile, separation device was applied to treat the waste gas and to reclaim the volatile components in drying process.
