摘要
根据白酒生产质量的实际需求,有针对性的提出了一套基于无线传感网的白酒生产过程监测系统。本系统主要运用传感器技术、ZigBee无线通信技术、单片机技术、自动检测技术,并采用分布式结构,借助协调器组建ZigBee网络,以实现无线通信。本设计提出了生产环境监测的传感器节点、上位机监控软件、协调器节点及其GPRS远程数据传输模块的四层分布式结构设计方案。
Bbased on the requirements of liquor quality, a liquor-making process monitoring system based on wireless sensor network had been developed. Sensor technology, ZigBee wireless communication technology, single chip technology, and automatic measurement technology were used in the system. In order to realize wireless communication, ZigBee network was established by use of coordinator. In the design, the scheme of four-layer distributed structure of sensor node for environmental detection, monitoring software of host computer, coordinator node, GPRS re- mote data transmission module was put forward.
