白酒产业人才培养与校企合作模式研究

Study on Personnel Training in Liquor-making Industry and College-Enterprise Cooperation Mode

"校企合作"是国际上职业教育发展的大趋势,也是我国高职院校最为典型的一种人才培养模式。高等职业教育已进入推进校企合作、深化教学改革、提升内涵质量的关键时期。贵州轻工职业技术学院基于白酒产业人才培养与企业进行了紧密合作,大胆地进行了一系列的教学改革。对白酒专业的人才培养与企业合作的内容、校企合作的具体实施途径和办法以及校企合作办学模式的意义等方面,进行了阐述与总结,旨在对市场经济下能够培养社会需要、适销对路的职教和白酒人才起到一定的作用。

College-enterprise cooperation is the development trend in vocational education internationally, and also a typical personnel training mode in Chinese higher vocational college. At this critical period for higher vocational education, Guizhou Light Industry Vocational Technology College cooperated closely with liquor-making enterprises in personnel training and carried out a series of reform in education.
