摘要
"中国白酒金三角"产业集群内白酒企业的科技创新现今已有了一定的基础,但还存在着不同行政区域内企业科技研发各自为政、创新体系建设滞后和竞争力不突出等问题。面对集群今后的发展,应形成"中国白酒金三角"产业集群可持续发展的创新机构、创新资源、中介服务系统和管理系统等创新体系,加强基础层次网络、文化层次网络、组织层次网络和政策环境等创新环境建设,以创造该产业集群所产生的持续竞争优势。
Although there is a certain foundation for technical innovation in liquor-making enterprises in Chinese liquor-making golden triangle, some problems still exist, for example, each enterprise in different administrative regions practices scientific research in its own way, the construc- tion of innovation system is lagging behind, and the competitiveness of liquor-making enterprises is comparatively weak etc. In order to accelerate the development of the industrial cluster and to achieve sustainable development of Chinese liquor-making golden triangle, the innovation system should be perfected including the innovation organization, the innovation resources, intermediary service system and management system. Be- sides, the innovation environment construction should be strengthened including the infrastructure, cultural environment, organization capacity and policy environment etc.
