寄生助孕冲剂对胚泡着床障碍小鼠HOXA10表达的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察寄生助孕冲剂对胚泡着床障碍模型小鼠HOXA10表达的影响。方法将孕鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、西药对照组和中药(高、中、低剂量)治疗组,从妊娠第1天起分别给予生理盐水、地屈孕酮和寄生助孕冲剂(高中低剂量)灌胃治疗。妊娠第4天上午皮下注射米非司酮0.08mg/只,正常组不予任何处理。妊娠第5天处死小鼠留取子宫组织,运用实时荧光定量PCR法检测内膜中HOXA-10的含量。结果与模型组比较,中药(高、中剂量)治疗组均有利于提高HOXA-10的表达(P<0.05)。结论寄生助孕冲剂可以提高同源框基因10的表达量,从而改善着床障碍小鼠子宫内膜容受性,促进胚泡着床。
