Determination of Gel Electrophoretogram of Proteins by Thermal Lens Scanning

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分离蛋白质,染色后用激光热透镜技术扫描测定,得到牛血清白蛋白的检测限为0.2ng。用于牛血清白蛋白、卵清蛋白和溶菌酶混合标准蛋白质及人血清蛋白的凝胶电泳分离测定,得到高空间分辨率的电泳谱。

Proteins separated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and stained sequentially were determined using laser-induced thermal lens technique.The detection limit for bovine serum albumin was 0.2ng.A mixture sample containing three standard proteins,i.e., bovine serum albumin,ovalbumin and lysozyme at trace level and a human serum sample were detected,and the high-resolution electrophoretograms were obtained.
