大藤峡水利枢纽坝区征地移民安置规划略述

各电站的资源条件不同,安置规划设计方案无统一的模式,原则上要切实可行,据有可操作性,切实保证移民的生活水平不低于搬迁前的生活水平同。由于大藤峡人均耕地面积较少,进行大农业安置困难很大,在国家现有的政策标准范围内,研究出一条可行的大藤峡移民安置方案,是建设参予各方要着力解决的问题。文章略述了该项目征地移民安置规划。

The resettlement design plan has no unified mode because of the different resource conditions of hydropower station, but the plan principles must be feasible and has the operation ability to ensure the immigrant living standard is no less than before. Large agriculture settlement is difficult because of the less farmland area per capita in Datengxia hydro-junction. The key problem is researching the feasible resettlement planning for Datengxia hydro-junction resettlement for the all parties in the existing policies and standards. The paper summarizes the land requisition and resident relocation plan for the project.
