系统介绍了设计的思路以及设计的特点;并且设计了系统的功能。描述了系统采掘衔接计划编制过程以及对编制的采掘衔接计划的检验方法。在此基础上建立了时间序列模型和计算机模拟模型,来对采掘衔接的编制进行科学化的设计与模拟。并以GIS技术建立采掘工程数据库,再以SQL数据库储存采掘工程数据,达到对数据处理的目的。
