摘要
针对立柱导向套拆装机使用过程中存在的问题,例如,立柱中心轴线与驱动马达轴线不同心造成密封件损坏、缸体拉伤等等,设计了一种摆臂式结构导向套拆装机。其驱动马达采用浮动结构设计,可以避免由于不同心而造成的导向套损害。由于导向套和立柱缸体间是螺纹连接,所以在机构中增加两根弹簧及导向销。这样,既可以防止卡盘与工装分离,又补偿了导向套螺纹的轴向位移。
According to some problems there is orienting sleeve dismounting and assembling machine in useing process, for example, non - concentricity between pillar center axis and the drive motors axis causing damage, cylinder seals strained etc, a kind of swing ann type structure applied to orienting sleeve dismounting and assembling machine is designed. The drive motors adopt floating structure in design, can avoid damage caused by the non - concentricity of orienting sleeve. Due to the between orienting sleeve and the column is threaded connection, so in an institution of two additional spring and guide pin. So that we can prevent chuck and tooling from separating, and compensate the axial displacement of threads.
