摘要
目的比较平衡计分卡(balanced score carol,BSC)和传统绩效考核法在护理绩效管理中的应用效果。方法 2011年5月至2012年10月选取300名经历过传统绩效考核法至少1年、且后续实施BSC考核法1年以上的护士,采用问卷调查其对两种绩效考核方法的接受度及实施效果的评价。结果被调查护士对BSC考核法的接受度和满意度明显高于传统考核法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除对促进团队协助外,被调查护士认为BSC考核法在明确科室组织及个人目标、提高学习及工作主动性、保障护理安全、提高工作效率、优化护理文化氛围、可操作性等29个方面均优于传统考核法,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 BSC作为一种新兴的考核手段及目标管理工具,具有客观公正、可操作性强等优势,在护士绩效考核中有良好的应用前景。
Objective To compare the application effects of the balanced score card (BSC) and traditional assessment in the nursing performance appraisal. Methods The study questionnaires were applied to a total of 300 nurses from May 2011 to October 2012,who had the experience of being assessed by both of the traditional method and the BSC in performance appraisal. Acceptability and implementation effect were compared for the traditional method and the BSC. Results Acceptability and implementation effects for nurses with BSC were much better than that of nurses with traditional method (P〈0.05). The investigated nurses all considered that application effects of BSC were much better than that of the traditional assessment, such as clearing department and personnel objectives, improving working initiatives and efficiency, ensuring nursing safety, and optimizing nursing culture and operation, et al. (P〈0. 01). Conclusion As a new evaluation method and management tool, the BSC obtained a higher reputation in nurse's performance appraisal management for its more objective,equitable,reasonable,and fair.
