An Empirical Evidence on the Effects of Srategy Holding in POE

根据158份有效问卷的数据,本文发现:民营企业战略坚持程度不高,并且战略坚持程度随着战略选择而发生变化;影响战略坚持程度的主要原因有高层决策共享程度、战略选择及环境类型;不同环境类型下,战略坚持对企业业绩的影响不同。上述发现告诉我们,战略制定之后能否得以坚持实施是一个较复杂的问题,让高层理解战略决策并支持战略决策是影响战略坚持的重要因素。

This paper focuses on the the effects of strategy holding in POE. Based on the data from 158 POEs, we find, strategy holding help POE to improve performance, but POE did not pay much attention to strategy holding, and many factors affect strategy holding in POE, such as strategy unanimous among high managers, environment type and strategy choice.
