摘要
大数据时代对政府信息公开制度提出了新的挑战。如何以更好的机制来促进政府信息公开尤其是大数据的开放,是在新时代下深化政府民主、催生新的产业链、释放巨大经济效益、提升政府社会管理和公共服务能力的关键所在。
The age of BIG DATA put forward a new challenge to the government information publicity system. Whether to build the better mechanisms to promote the opening government information especially the opening the big data, it is necessary to first deepen the democratic government, create new industrial chain, release huge economic benefits and promote the government social management and public service ability.
