摘要 针对传统的铅酸蓄电池矿灯充电完全靠人工管理而存在管理效率低、取灯和还灯用时长、充电状态无法监控、不便于查询等问题,设计了基于STM32F107的锂电矿灯智能充电管理系统,介绍了智能充电接口的软硬件设计。智能充电接口使用锂电池专用充电管理芯片BQ24272实现对充电过程的管理,具有较宽的直流输入范围,可适应各种型号的充电架,实现了矿灯在架检测、充电控制、充电信息检测、充电信息更新、故障报警、实时显示以及与上位机通信的功能。 In view of problems that management of lead-acid battery miner's lamp controlled by labor is inefficient, lamp taking and returning need long time, charging status can not be monitored, and querying is not convenient, an intelligent charging management system for Li-ion battery miner's lamp based on STM32F107 was designed, and designs of hardware and software of intelligent charging interface were introduced. A dedicated Li-ion battery charging management chip BQ24272 with a wide range of DC input was used for intelligent charging interface to realize charging process management. Intelligent charging interface is adapted to charging racks of various types and achieves functions of lamp in position detection, charge control, charging information detection and update, fault alarm, real-time display and communication with PC.
