On the Innovative Way of Rural Primary School Teacher Training in Hunan Province

2006年以来,湖南省在不断探索与创新中,逐渐形成了专、本科层次的"初中起点、定向免费"农村小学教师培养机制。历史经验、理论分析和实践探索证明该培养机制是现阶段湖南省农村小学教师培养的应然选择。

Since 2006, with continuous exploration and reform, a new way of rural primary school teacher training system has been formed in Hunan province. Graduates of junior high schools can apply for recruitment of target and free teacher training program for college and university education. It is a good way for the training of rural primary school teachers in Hunan province, which is tested by historical experience, theoretical analysis and practical exploration.
